Since 1992, Poly Print has been supplying flexible packaging to a diverse array of markets. Our core market is food packaging, which has many formats, but our supply and knowledge also extends into other sectors of the consumables market, such as beverages, for which we produce wraparound or roll-fed bottle labels, and individually-packaged food items like tea, herbs, coffee, and single-serving condiments.
Poly Print has also established a significant presence in the pet food packaging market, which uses a variety of pouch formats, including soft-touch and spot-varnish, and supplies numerous pouch formats for the industry’s leading pet food brands.
Another market Poly Print serves is nutraceuticals; examples of these products include vitamin packs, protein powders, pre- and post-workout energy supplements, and single-serving packs, which are packaged primarily using multi-layer laminates with foil and/or stickpack applications.
Other packaging markets Poly Print has entered include cosmetics such as shampoos or soaps and household items such as sponges, detergents, bath salts, and pool chemicals. These markets often utilize combinations of roll stock and various pouch formats and require specialty lamination substrates and processes.
Finally, Poly Print specializes in lidding applications for produce, microwavable, and other packages requiring a flexible (and often, removable) “top” layer. These structures can range in composition from simple unsupported polyester films to more complex specialty laminates with anti-fog and peelable features.
