Job Summary: The maintenance technician is critical position responsible for maintaining, repairing and inspecting printing presses, laminators, slitters, pouch/bag machines and peripheral equipment. The maintenance mechanic will be responsible for general plant and facility repair. In addition, a maintenance tech will install, service and repair electrical and mechanical motors, generators, pumps, pressure systems and waters systems. Dismantle, and reassemble parts for cleaning and repair, replace fuses, bulbs, circuit breakers and electrical switches.

Job Summary: A Maintenance Technician II performs general preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and repairs of all production and building-related equipment. This requires an intermediate working knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems and to be able to detect minor problems and correct them before they become larger problems.
